Oh My Dear Friend Sugar

 Sugar.  Alas, I must admit to myself that I really do need to alter my sugar consumption habits.  I won’t ever deny myself any sweet treats, but I need to consume these things in much greater moderation.  Some people would be aghast and think that eating sweet things every day is going overboard.  If I could limit myself to eating something sweet just one time a day, this for me would be an improvement.  Perhaps I might be able to sit down and be inactive in order to read a book or watch television, or whatever, without feeling overcome by sleepiness and a desire to close my eyes.  I will never know how eating less sugar might improve my health unless I make this change.
