A Dumb Show On Netflix

 “28 Days Haunted”

This is a dumb show that I watched on Netflix.  It seemed interesting but it became very obvious that it was fake and totally scripted and produced.  I should have expected as much from a reality television program that was supposedly filming unscripted events as they were actually taking place.  I don’t think that such a reality program actually exists.  I think the only reality of these type of shows lies in what the people might do and say during the scripted and produced events and scenes.  Their experiences while being a part of and filming the scripted show and scenes are real.  That’s about as real as it gets.  Although if they did spend all those days living exclusively in those locations, then the experience was quite real to them.

“True Haunting” was a much better show.  Documentary style programs are much better.  I know that events may be dramatized in the recreation, but this is what makes programs more compelling to watch and successful.  I do believe that the people and events in the stories in this series are very genuine.
