 Dear Mr. Trump,  I don’t think you should hang out with Mr. Netanyahu.  I don’t think you should join or assist him in fighting his wars.  He does not lead you on a path toward success in creating a peaceful world without war.  He leads you in the opposite direction.  Please recognize that the things that he desires and does in the world are the opposite of the meaning of peace.  Please remember your mission and desire to stop wars and create peace.  Please recognize that your friend seeks the opposite.  

 Tiptoe through the tulips.  I just remembered this little phrase.  from the 1970s, but I don’t remember from where the phrase came.  I remember singing this as a little song phrase as a young kid.  Oh wow, I’m not sure if I got this from something external of the 1970s or if it was just a me thing that I came up with myself? 😲 I guess I need to go Google it to find out.  Thank goodness for the Internet. And the results are in.  As a kid, I latched on to this little song phrase as one I liked repeating, but it was in fact from something of the 1970s. 😁 I did not coin the phrase.  I guess I just fancied the notion of quietly tiptoeing through tulips. 🫢🤨 Hmm, perhaps I liked the repetition of T words,

So now Mr. Trump is openly admitting that his leadership as the president of the United States of America involves making and implementing economic decisions that will affect our nation and world that are influenced and motivated by personal feelings of vendetta against justices of the Supreme Court for carrying out their right and duty to exercise their own authority as the judicial branch of government.  

 I believe I just had another lightbulb thought for tonight.  Drumroll please.  If we want there to be goodness in others, we should help them see the goodness inside of themselves. 

 The world has a lot of scammers and people with really shitty or seemingly no morals, but the flipside to this is that the world is also full of many many genuinely good people.  Not perfect people because to be human is to make mistakes, but people who do genuinely seek and desire to be the best version of themselves.  I find this to be a comforting thought.  In the duality of the existence of good and evil, good is alive and well.  

  Dear younger me, When you are at video stores and you are happily looking for interesting movies to purchase that the video stores are selling to get rid of them, the future has a surprise for you.  You will one day be boxing them up to donate to Goodwill, most of which you have never watched.  My mind likes to treat me to thoughts about things I would like to say to Mr. Trump.  Usually I’m happy just to write them here.  I only previously left replies on his Truth Social postings 5 times.  Well today something got the better of me and I left a reply to his Happy Presidents’ Day Post.  I was honestly quite impressed and surprised because nothing mean or bad was said about anyone.  Usually his Happy “insert occasion” Messages are about wishing a pleasant day even to x,y&z persons that he finds to be totally corrupt and loathsome and complete losers in contrast to his own glory and greatness.  I thought a happy special occasion message without this was quite surprising and remarkable.  So I said so.  The African-American newspaper.  I don’t know the story behind this newspaper but this was its title.  I don’t know when exactly it came into being.  I really only know that it was around after the Civil War and it covered news in New York City.  I don’t know if it was a New York City only paper or where else it might have been printed.  It is interesting though to know that there was an African-American newspaper in the period after the Civil War.  I can add the story of this newspaper to a very long list of things that I might potentially like to investigate and learn about.  I learned about this newspaper when I read a story about an ancestor of mine in it. Ok, from what little I can see right now without paid access to my Ancestry.com account, the newspaper existed from 1829-1947.

  Earlier today, I was like in awe admiring this rug while waiting for Kate at an appointment of hers.  The location we were at was formerly a pediatric clinic.  What an awesome rug they still have there.  I could imagine the possibilities for play and learning that could be had using this rug with young children.  Without the table in the center, of course.  The space would be a good place for sitting.  I can, though, appreciate the potential value of a raised piece in the center that children could climb onto, slide or walk across and jump off of again.  This table, though is way too tall and hard.  A shorter ottoman style vinyl covered padded climbing piece, in the center, with a color to match the rug, that could be added or removed, could be a lovely addition.  I think round would be a good idea.   Vienna at age 2 would surely have told me that indigo was missing.  She did this once with markers or paint or crayons or some...

A verdict on my sanity.   That was the thought that just befell my thinking.  But damn, if there is any kind of authority that can help me answer my own question, I know not of this authority.  I think I may perhaps have lots of voices available to my thinking, but this does not mean that I hear voices. 🤪  The voices of thought are like lovely friends that I wish I could hear all the time.  #realfriends

 Dear Mr. Trump, you should just love the bunny.  I mean, Bad Bunny, of course.  The thought just occurred to me again that to feel love is the greatest blessing of all.  “The only thing stronger than hate is love.”  I do believe those are wise words that he speaks.  FTR I don’t really dislike or harbor any negative feelings about Starbase, Texas.  I was just being silly because silly is more fun than being all serious in life.

Heat exhaustion in Texas.  This is a lovely thought that my mind just landed on.  Texas once gave me a gift of heated exhaustion.  I learned that day that even if we are not yet into the hottest part of the summer, the hot sun in Texas along with a high heat index can still put me into a state of heat exhaustion when attempting to walk outside in the sun for any prolonged period.  This I will never attempt again.  The hiking trails of Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge are very nice but not friendly to climate challenged non natives of South Texas. 🥵 #atexasreflection

 Mr. Trump did not have very nice things to say about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show. I can imagine an adult cartoon story where Mr. Trump is ready to square off with Bad Bunny.  Oh wait a minute, that’s not Bad Bunny in this image, that’s Bugs Bunny.   Mr. Trump fighting Bugs Bunny.  Well I guess in a cartoon story or series, Mr. Trump finding himself with a reason to be pissed off at Bugs Bunny could be a good story also.  I see Mr. Trump appears to have lost a few of his bottom teeth.

 I just had this thought of my brother playing his coward and Dracula game. He would walk around, huddled with a blanket wrapped around his head and say, “I’m a coward”.  He would then dramatically flip the blanket behind his head to transform it into a cap and say, “Not anymore, I’m Dracula!!” 🧛

 Three more years of Trump.  This may be the reality of what we are all looking at with the presidency of Donald Trump . 🫨 A lot of people are frequently talking about what a serious state of physical and cognitive decline Mr. Trump is in.  Well, recently, I have been questioning this quite a bit.  This is what I have been thinking about.  Mr. Trump has access to the current best medical care and even new experimental treatments regardless of the cost.  Maybe I am completely wrong because I only see little bits of Mr. Trump speaking and not the whole overall picture, but it seems to me that despite the fact that practically everything that comes out of his mouth is bullshit, he seems to be speaking pretty well and doing a good job of expressing his lines of bullshit.  Again, I have no idea what’s going on through the course of his every day so I could be totally wrong in feeling that he might actually have improved in his cognitive functioning. ...

Everyone has an uncle…  It’s a familiar line I’ve heard through the most recent years of our country and world’s history.  Maybe from around the time of Trump’s first term and the Covid pandemic.  Well yes indeed, I have just such an uncle on my paternal side of the family.  He came to be of like mind with Trump supporters, conspiracy theorists, and evidently pseudo scientific information.  The whole pro Trump package.  He so believed in (and as far as I know still does) Trump and Trump being the best president ever.  He had been a high school teacher of math and physics and was well liked and he was still respected and exemplified by many of his former students through Facebook.  He posted a lot of crazy (in my opinion) stuff on Facebook.  It was all stuff that he himself believed.  There was one time that he shared a post about a supposed admission from the CDC about the inaccuracy of their information about COVID.  I can’t recall...

 Strange but true.  I think that sounds like an apt way of describing so many of my life‘s experiences.  Like when I go on a cruise and one of the things I really enjoy on the ship is the opportunity to walk up and down stairs.  It seems as though my life is filled with crazy stories that are true.  

 I know of a good question that I would ask other people if I would do such a thing.  My question would be, “Are there any podcasts that you really like to listen to?”  I think this would be an interesting question. 

 I was thinking of a particular prominent person in our country when I had these thoughts.  The name to be inserted would be Mr. Biden, although I’m sure there are many different names that could be inserted also. I believe my ideas and thoughts are also relatable and hold true for most of us at some point in our lives.  I understand that releasing animosities is an undertaking that can be very difficult and that people might not fully be ready for, but I believe that we can always choose to attempt to take some baby steps.  “Perhaps you might want to consider the possibility of opening your heart to not harboring animosity toward (insert name or names).    You might actually find that sentiments of peace and harmony and caring and friendship or simply forgiveness, where you believed them to be impossible, are worth their weight in gold.    You might find carrying these emotions in your heart to be an amazing source of peace, joy, and happiness.”

 Oh dear Lord, shit is really going to hit the fan now.  My daughter sent me some pages of the newly released Epstein files to read.  I will read them a little later.  I listened to a Mary Trump podcast earlier.  She made a comment about feeling that we are on a precipice, but not knowing which way we would fall.  That sounded pretty accurate to me.  

 I guess this is a truth that I have learned during the years of Donald Trump’s presidencies and involvement in politics.  There will always be people who will believe in and support the propaganda, ambitions and rise to power of self serving and disconnected from reality leaders until they themselves or those close to them are the ones harmed by the authority and actions of these leaders.  I would like to believe that people could learn the lessons of history and know better than to fall pray to this, but I guess this is a tall order for human beings.

 Brosphere conversations.  Well, that is an odd term that just entered my head.  I don’t know if this term even exists or if I just coined it.  It’s a very real phenomenon though.  There are times when men are actively engaging in brosphere conversations and women literally become invisible and don’t exist.  Women can try to speak to them, but it is as though their voices have become a frequency that brosphere participants can’t hear.  I’m sure that any woman who has ever found herself in the presence of brosphere conversation can relate.  I do believe I have coined that term.  A Google search might burst my bubble, but for myself, I heard it first in my own thoughts.  I guess I could have also called it brozone conversation.  I evidently prefer the term sphere. 

 “Ours is not to ponder why.  Our is but to do or die.” This line makes me think of people in the world who are living under extremely challenging circumstances and conditions like the people of Gaza trying to survive the winter in tents in the terrible life circumstances that they find themselves.

What’s with Karoline Leavitt?  Why is she so enamored of and committed to Mr. Trump’s world view and perception of reality?  This was just a contemplation that came to my mind. 

  I was listening for a good thought tonight and this is what I heard. “Let’s look at Mr. Trump’s Truth Social postings.  Maybe we can think of a funny reply for one of his posts.”  I liked that idea so I set out to make a reply.  It was the above about his NFL kickoff post.  I should have written EVERYONE instead of everyone.  Oh dear, a person can’t think of everything when listening for good thoughts.  The thought of changing this with an edit occurred to me, but I found there is no edit function. 

 I just had a funny thought.  This is highly unlikely but amusing nonetheless.  Imagine if Trump did make it to the end of his second term of presidency and he in fact could not run again and remain king because it is against our nation’s constitution for any president to serve more than two terms.  Now imagine also that the next president elect was Kamala Harris, and she was Mr. Trump’s presidential successor.  That would really send him off the deep end!! 😲 And for the cherry on top of it all, she would either be the one to get to make the decisions about the reconstruction of the former East wing of the White House or the first president to make use of Mr. Trump’s newly completed ballroom! 😱 As I said, it’s highly unlikely but still a funny thought! 😂 

 It’s not very exciting, but house purging is my goal right now.  The good thing about sharing available space and storage with other family members is that it forces me to want to have less stuff in the spaces and storage that I do have.  The older I get the more I find that the idea of simple is really nice! 😁  Lord help me when I actually decide to clean out my containers of my lifetime’s collection of photos.  I guess I need to go through all my negatives and digitize my favorite photos.  That will be quite a project! 😲 And forget about all my old digital images that were stored on external hard drives and flash drives.  I don’t even know if everything got saved from old computers.  And I have photos on discs also!  Changing technology is hard to keep up with! 😟 I think I am very lucky though to have time to worry about and focus on these kinds of things.  My brother once told me that photos are for people without memories and tha...

 I had an appointment yesterday with my cardiologist after I postponed the appointment twice.  I had a question.  I asked if there would ever be any benefit to taking an extra amlodipine in any situation of wanting to eliminate the possibility of having an episode.  His reply, “No, amlodipine is very powerful.  Your blood pressure is already low.  My advice, take your medication, take your aspirin. stay active, don’t gain weight, enjoy your life and don’t worry!”  That sounded like, “No Worries.  Hakuna Matata!”  That actually sounded very reassuring but I also don’t relish the thought of having to be forced to make a spectacle of myself at any undesirable time and place.  I already played that one on 9/11 at a vet appointment with my cat. That was 2024.  Fortunately the two episodes I have had at home since then have been not as severe.  They would still be spectacle worthy though if they occurred in any non-private place. 😲 ...

  I’m still reading this book.  The fact that of all my books (and at a time in my life when I haven’t been reading much) this is the one that I am presently choosing to read seems strange even to my own mind.  Actually, it was my own odd mind that convinced me.  It’s in a post around here somewhere.   Melania, I can’t even fathom your experience of being married to Donald Trump.  My dear fellow Gen X girl, how on earth did your life follow this path??  You are very much different from your husband in that I believe your desire for goodwill toward others is genuine.  

 I do this every few years.  As time goes by I’m always willing to part with stuff from the past that I previously wasn’t yet ready let go of.  I’ve evidently decided that this year should be another clean everything out year. 😲  I also have a need to be organized.  I was like this even as a kid.  It feels much nicer to know exactly what I have and where it is and to not hold onto a lot of stuff that I longer need and likely won’t use.  Have I ever got rid of stuff that I later would have used if it wasn’t gone?  Yes I have.  I would rather though have to re acquire a couple things than hold onto and store a hundred things that I will never use again or that ended up not being useful.  

  I have an idea.  Mr. Trump you want to have money sent directly to the American people so they can purchase their own health insurance that will be cheaper and better medical coverage.  I can imagine the logistics of how this would all be worked out would be an immensely complex and difficult undertaking.  Wouldn’t it be much easier and basically the same thing for there to be national health insurance.  The idea for both is to provide the American people with the means to obtain health care coverage and excellent medical care.  Wouldn’t this do the same thing as far as eliminating a business in the middle that profits off of people’s need for medical care and medical expense coverage. I would imagine that this system would be immensely easier to create and implement being that knowledge of its structure and means of operation already exists in the form of tried and tested examples and policies of other nations.  I just had this insight that perhaps Mr. Trump’s newfound enthusiasm for being the president of other countries and for his belief that he can make these countries great for their people, is deep down within him an attempt to open his heart just a little to the value of the world’s other non American human beings and to their decency as human beings.  I think Mr. Trump has a level of confusion between his feelings of admiration and respect for people (especially powerful leaders or beautiful women) of other nationalities and ethnicities and also his feelings of disdain and mistrust of others that he does not understand and has never connected with.  It was crazy how he felt so much disdain and adversarial sentiment toward Zohran Mamdani and then he had this pleasant experience of really connecting with and finding commonalities and liking him when meeting and speaking with him in person.  I hope he never lets go of the connection that he felt with mayor Mom, Donnie....

 I really have no content for this entry.  It is just a dumb thought that entered my mind.  Maybe it will have some content sometime.  I’m not sure. 🤔  Okay, here is something.  I imagined Mr. Trump having the new motto MIGA before he wrote it here on his true social account.  😂 Okay, here is another thing.  I started listening to the thoughts that I feel I can perceive of higher consciousness, and I sent Mr. Trump a message.  It will disappear into its algorithmic obscurity, but I felt them to be words of truth and perhaps even some good words of advice.  

 I just watched the movie “Heaven Is For Real” and loved it.  It gave me chills multiple times while watching it.  I never had that experience before while watching a movie.  It might not have the same effect for others, but it felt very real and significant to me.  We all have different life journeys, stories and experiences and not everyone gets to walk an easy or clear to understand path, but it’s always nice to have experiences of inspiration and faith along the way.
