On Being Stupid

 If I look at my own writing and I think “Lord have mercy, I do have a lot of crazy, stupid thoughts and ideas“, I shouldn’t feel so bad because if there is anything that I have learned in the most recent years, it is that the world is full of stupid people.  This seems especially true of the United States of America in recent years.  🫨 The truth is, we are all ignorant of far more than we actually understand so we all have a capacity for being stupid.  The important thing, of course, is to be open to new knowledge, information and ideas that better our understanding of things when we receive it.  I will always happily trade in being ignorant and stupid for better information.
